User Mapping for Shared user accounts

Hi,

I have got some system admins who use a shared admin account for accessing servers. Currently they have got VIP access installed for their own user account e.g. xyz@alpha.com and abc@alpha.com. I want this particular user account to be accessible through VIP and mapped for these 2 users.

Any solution for this?
