Add EmployeeID and FirstName while provisioning

I am leveraging vipuserservices-mgmt-1.7.wsdl and looking to provision user with custom information such as EmployeeID, FirstName, LastName. Is it an option?

The reason is- when we terminate an employee, we would like disable account using API instead of manual process.
